Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with CCCompounds. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are synthetic chemical reference materials sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and are not approved by the FDA for any use. They must not be used in or on humans or animals, or for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.

2. Purchaser eligibility

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are purchasing on behalf of, or as, a qualified researcher or organization with appropriate facilities and trained personnel.
• You will handle, store, and dispose of materials in accordance with all applicable laws.
• You will not resell products for human or animal use.

3. Right to refuse

We may cancel or refuse any order, including where we have reason to believe products may be used outside of laboratory research. Cancelled orders are refunded.

4. Product information

Lab reports posted on our Quality page reflect the specific samples tested. Not every product or lot has a posted report. We make no claims regarding biological effect, safety, or suitability for any purpose other than laboratory research.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

All sales are final. Products are provided "as is"; damaged or incorrect shipments are handled as described in our Shipping policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. You assume all responsibility for handling and use and agree to indemnify CCCompounds against claims arising from misuse.
